'Suba-culture 02' includes a signature Clinton Friedman motif, from his book Subtraction originally published in 2006. The motif is woven from bamboo silk and the balanace of the design features an underlying pattern of biomorphic forms, which is woven from 100% wool, giving the rug a layered and complex feel. The warm hues in the colour palette of this rug will add character and originality to any interior space.

This was our first design to be hand knotted, by traditional weavers from the heart of Nepal at the foot hills of the Himalayan mountains.

All yarn is dyed using eco friendly swiss chrome chemical free vegetable dyes.
